Role summary

Design and improve the systems, processes and automations that connect Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and delivery across NoèmeX’s go-to-market model.

What you’ll do

Define a scalable roadmap for GTM systems, automation and operating workflows.
Lead initiatives from process discovery through configuration, integration, testing and adoption.
Optimize CRM workflows, dashboards, reporting and lead-to-revenue processes.
Introduce AI and automation where they can reduce manual work and improve decision quality.
Connect data across GTM systems so teams can see performance, pipeline and customer context consistently.
Translate business requirements into clear systems architecture and implementation specifications.

What you should bring

Business systems, revenue operations or enterprise applications experience.
Strong process-mapping, requirements and systems-thinking capability.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and workflow automation.
Comfort working across sales, customer success, delivery and technical teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to build useful reporting and operational metrics.
Ability to lead cross-functional systems changes through adoption.

Useful additional experience

Salesforce administration or architecture
n8n, Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms
CPQ / quote-to-cash exposure
AI-enabled GTM workflows
