NoèmeX launches a research collection on fulfillment and logistics performance
NoèmeX today announced a NoèmeX Insights research collection focused on fulfillment and logistics performance.
The collection examines fulfillment as an interconnected operating system rather than a sequence of isolated productivity measures. It connects order flow, bottlenecks, labor, automation, capacity, transportation, inventory positioning, service commitments and network design to the decisions that determine cost and customer delivery.
The publications address fulfillment economics, performance management, decision intelligence, process mining, control towers, capacity planning, network optimization and first-, middle- and last-mile operations. Together, they show why improving a local metric does not necessarily improve the end-to-end outcome.
The collection is intended for operations, supply chain, finance, technology and transformation leaders responsible for making changes across facilities, systems and logistics networks.
