NoèmeX names Brendan Young Director of Operations

NoèmeX today announced Brendan Young as Director of Operations. In this leadership role, he will support delivery governance, operational quality, continuous improvement and the development of scalable engagement models.

Young brings experience across supply chain, fulfillment, last-mile logistics, process improvement and high-volume operations. His appointment adds an operating perspective to a leadership structure responsible for connecting the design of transformation initiatives with the discipline required to deliver, govern and improve them over time.

As Director of Operations, Young will contribute to engagement planning, delivery standards, resource coordination, operating controls and the feedback mechanisms through which lessons from execution are incorporated into future work. His mandate includes supporting consistent and scalable ways of working across NoèmeX consulting engagements.

The appointment strengthens the operating discipline behind NoèmeX’s remote delivery model and its work with organizations managing interconnected business, technology and transformation priorities.
