NoèmeX publishes new guidance on forecasting, optimization and industrial AI
NoèmeX today published a set of research-informed guides on forecasting, optimization and industrial applications of artificial intelligence.
The publications cover ensemble forecasting, demand sensing, predictive maintenance, computer vision for quality control and production scheduling. Each begins with the operating decision to be improved and examines the data, time horizon, constraints and feedback mechanisms required around the model.
The guidance distinguishes prediction from decision and optimization. A forecast can estimate what may happen; operational value depends on how that signal changes planning, maintenance, quality, capacity or scheduling decisions within real constraints.
The collection also addresses deployment, monitoring and workflow integration so that analytical performance can be evaluated alongside reliability, adoption and operational outcomes.
